Writing Helps

There are many facets to writing a paper, including different styles, different document structures and the different tools that can be used with the program you are writing in. Also, we will be using Track Changes to edit/proof your papers. All of these facets are explained by links below. We have also put together exercises to help you work on areas in writing English that are causing problems for you.

Writing Style Guides

Many professions as well as students need to write in different styles. These include MLA (Modern Language Association), APA (American Psychological Association), and Chicago style. These and other style sheets are linked to this page to help you in your writing. We will need to know which style, if any, you will need us to proof and edit your work in.
